Introduction

In 2006 East Midlands Development Agency (emda) and East Midlands Innovation (East Midlands Innovation Council) published the first Regional Innovation Strategy (RIS) with the aim of raising levels of innovation through a three year programme of targeted support of the region’s business and research strengths. We are now developing a new innovation strategy for the region (RIS 2), your comments will help us improve how we invest in supporting businesses to become more innovative.

We hope you will complete our short online questionnaire − we are interested in how strongly you agree or disagree with a series of comments and you have the opportunity to add your own thoughts and suggestions.

We’d also like to find out how familiar you are with East Midlands Innovation and associated innovation support delivered by emda.  The first few questions are designed to test how familiar you are with our offer, and whether you have used any of our products and services.

At the end of the questionnaire space is provided to give detailed feedback or make closing comments if you wish to do so – the more specific information we gather from our stakeholders, the more reflective of the region’s needs RIS 2 is likely to be.

A set of supporting documents can be found by clicking the tab below, these describe in more detail the first regional innovation strategy (RIS), the current products and services and the evaluation work carried out to date.

The questionnaire will remain open until Friday 7th August, thank you in advance for your time.

The event is not currently available for consultation.
